Business Name Change

So I found out that someone stole my business name. I had been thinking about changing Sunshine Crochet Creations Name anyways. Now Instead of Sunshine Crochet Creations, It is Little Hoot Creations!
Hope y'all like the new name. I will also be making a new blog. So after I get a new blog and all of my free patterns on it I will share it with you all. I won't be posting on this blog anymore after I get the new blog started.

{Free Crochet Pattern} Coffee Cozy/Sleeve with Pumpkin Applique


Fall will be here before you know it. I thought I would share with you this free pattern for a coffee cozy/sleeve. I added a cute pumpkin applique which I will be sharing the pattern for also.

Supplies: 
● H/8 -5.00 mm  crochet hook 
 Worsted Weight Yarn 
● Scissors 
● Tapestry Needle 

Pattern: 
R 1: Ch 36, Join at end of ch. Ch 1
R 2: Sc in each ch around. Join, ch 1 
R 3: Dc In each st around. Join, ch 1 
R 4: Dc In each st around. Join, ch 1
R 5: Dc In each st around. Join, ch 1 
R 6: Dc In each st around. Join. ch 1
R 7: Sc In each st around. Join, fasten off and weave In ends. 

Pumpkin Pattern: 
R 1:  Ch 3, 20 dc in 3rd ch from hook. Fasten off. 
Stem: 
Ch 4, sc in 2nd ch from hook and each ch across. Join, Fasten Off & Sew Onto Pumpkin.
 Now sew the pumpkin onto your coffee cozy.

{Free} Newborn Crochet Hat Pattern



Today I am sharing with you a free newborn hat pattern . This pattern is quick and easy to work up. You can also add a cute button If you would like. But If you don't crochet and like the hats above, you can also order one by sending me a email at loveit445@gmail.com..
I used Caron Simply Soft Yarn and a H/8-5.00mm crochet hook.


Newborn Hat Pattern:

Round 1: Ch 4, 12 dc in first ch from hook. Join, ch 2
Round 2: 2 dc in each stitch around. Join, ch 2
Round 3: 2 dc in first st, dc in next st repeat around. Join, ch 2
Round 4: 2 dc in first st, dc in next 2, repeat around. Join, ch 2.
Round 5: 2 dc in first st, dc in next 3, repeat around. Join, ch 2.
Round 6-11: Dc in each st around. Join.

Fasten Off & weave In ends.

I think this hat turned out very cute. I used Lion Brand Hometown USA Yarn, and a "N" crochet hook.

{Free} Child Size Crochet Scarf Pattern







Monday I picked up some clearance yarn at Hobby Lobby. I made this cute child size scarf Tuesday. Now I am going to share with  you this free pattern I came up with. I hope you enjoy the pattern!

Supplies:
*Scissors
* H/8 -5mm crochet hook
*Tapestry Needle

Row 1: Ch 135, turn
Row 2:  Dc in each ch across, ch 2
Row 3: Dc in each st across, ch 2
Row 4: Dc in each st across, ch 2
Row 5: Dc in each st across, ch 2
Row 6: Dc in each st across, fasten off, weave in ends.

If you would like, sew on a cute button at one end of the scarf.

{Super Cute} New Products

Hello! I've been really busy this Summer making new Items. I made my first sleepy owl hat above a couple weeks ago. I think It turned out super cute! And then I made this child size pumpkin beanie below.

What I've been up to

Here at Sunshine Crochet Creations I have been getting ready for a craft show In late September. I made the cute owl hat above for the craft show then I posted the picture on my Facebook page and I sold It.

Then I made these cute apple & pumpkin beanies the other day..
Here are the sizes for the beanies:
Pumpkin Beanie - 3-6 months
Apple Beanie - 6-12 months

{Free} 6-12 month Crochet Football Hat Pattern


Remember the football hat I posted the other day? Well that was my own pattern.. So today I am sharing with you this FREE 6-12 month football hat pattern.. Get your hook and yarn out and give this pattern a try!!

Supplies:
●J Crochet Hook 
●Worsted Weight Yarn (I used Red Heart Super saver) 
Tapestry needle
●Scissors
 
Round 1: Ch 2, 8 dc In first ch. Join, ch 2. 
Round 2: 2 dc In first st & In each st around. Join, ch 2 
Round 3: 2 dc In first st, dc In next st, around. Join, ch 2. 
Round 4: 2 dc In first st, dc In next 2 st, around. Join, ch 2.
Change to white yarn for round 5
Round 5: Dc In first st & In each st around. Join, Ch 2.
Change to brown yarn for round 6-10 
Round 6-10: Dc In each st around. Join, ch 2.
Change to white yarn for round 11 
Round 11: Dc In each st around. Join.
Change to brown yarn for last round 
Round 12: Ch 1. Hdc in each st around. Join, Fasten off. Weave In ends..

Football stitches: With tapestry needle & white yarn, start with the vertical stitch then sew the 3 horizontal stitches on the vertical stitch..

What's been on my hook lately

Friday I made this cute 3-6 month lamb hat. Then on Saturday I made this cute football beanie.

I am getting ready for a craft show at the end of Summer and I plan on having 50 + hats, ruffle scarfs & more! I have also been organizing my yarn. I am going to take pictures soon and show you my yarn stash.

Supplies Needed for this pattern:
H hook ~ Worsted weight yarn (I used Peaches & Creme) ~ Scissors
Stitch's used In this pattern:
DC = Double Crochet ~ Sl St = Slip Stitch ~ YO = Yarn over

Round 1: Ch 4. Join with sl st at end of ch 4.
Round 2: Ch 4, sl st In the next stitch. Do this step 5 times around.
Round 3: Sl st In the ch 4 space, dc 4 times In ch 4 space, ch 1, sl st. Do this In each ch 4 space around.
Round 4: Fasten off, weave In ends.
